The Annual Bill Sturm Memorial Tournament will play all games between June 27-30. To achieve a four-game minimum, weather-permitting, all teams will play three pool play games (and some teams will play four pool play games due to having an odd number of teams in its age division) and a minimum of one elimination round game. Schedules will be posted by Saturday, June 22.

TIME LIMITS FOR GAMES

All Games: 1 hour 30 minutes, no new inning starts after 1 hour 30 minutes.
Same for Pool Play Games, Bracket Games and Championship Games. 

 

STAYING ON SCHEDULE

To ensure games stay on schedule, teams should be at the diamonds at least thirty (30) minutes prior to the scheduled game time. When possible, we will start games early to ensure the day stays on schedule. A 10-minute grace period will be extended after the scheduled start of the game.  If, after this grace period of time has expired, a team has not shown itself ready to play, then the game will be forfeited and score will be recorded as 6-0.
