Smile! Fall Ball Photo Day Set for September 8
Ready, Set, Smile! Team and individual pictures for our 2024 Fall Ball Season will take on a new format and offer new perks for every ballplayer this fall. The annual OYO Fall Ball Photo Day is set for Sunday, September 8, 2024, so mark your calendars!
OYO is revamping how we manage our team and individual photos by consolidating all photo day times between 9 a.m. to noon. To create a better overall experience for all our ballplayers and families, we have worked with H&R Photography to devise a schedule that creates less havoc and scrambling for coaches, players and families on game days this fall.
Here are a few additional details:
- Download the Schedule | Reference the schedule for your team’s scheduled photo shoot time
- What Players Receive This Fall | Each player who attends the Photo Day shoot with his/her team will also receive a photo package consisting of a 5×7 photo and four wallets
- Ordering Additional Photo Items | Families also may purchase additional items and photos a la carte online until Photo Day on September 8
- Where to Gather | All teams should meet near the evergreen trees behind Field 4 on the southwest corner of the facility
- When to Arrive | Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your time slot to keep us on schedule.
- Game Schedule Changes for September 8 only | All game times also will be reduced on this day only to 90 minutes, hard stop…these shorter game times allow us to coordinate all the events happening on September 8
