OYO is THE place to be for your baseball and softball experience. While we understand participation and trends can be cyclical, OYO continues to experience phenomenal growth. Some examples of our growth over the past two decades include: 

  • Programs 
    • Introducing our popular Junior Rookie program and dividing Junior Baseball into two divisions serving different ages in Fall Ball
    • Revolutionizing our individual winter workout sessions into a unified league program 
    • Launching of our ever-growing Fall Ball program 

 

  • Facilities 
    • Expanding from nine fields to 14 fields
    • Constructing and opening second concession stand with restrooms 
    • Renovating and opening an exclusive indoor facility

 

  • Player Participation 
    • Growing player participation in Spring Season has matched highest levels since 2005 
    • Growing player participation Fall Ball program continues to reach unprecedented levels 
    • Increasing all-star and full-time travel presence in the community 

 

  • Coaching and Volunteers 
    • Expanding coach volunteers to match player demand 
    • Launching a coach incentive program to recognize participation 
    • Doubling the OYO Board, which now has nearly 75 individual volunteers serving the league 
    • Expanding umpire program to maintain near-100% coverage of all scheduled games 

 

  • Revenue 
    • Doubling sponsorship revenue in past five years 
    • Increasing our annual revenue by more than 50 percent in past 10 years
